Calendar views and Schedule Intelligence
Review daily and weekly schedules with technician and work-source context. Schedule Intelligence helps compare fit while adding or editing a job.
- Daily and weekly views show scheduled work, overlap context, and unassigned jobs where applicable.
- Schedule Intelligence compares technician fit, nearby scheduled work, additional drive impact, and conflicts during add or edit.
- Suggested openings respect typical business hours; you can still enter custom times with conflict warnings.
- Starter includes Schedule Intelligence fair-use access. Pro and Pro Plus include a monthly Schedule Intelligence allowance on your plan. Pro Plus and Custom include Schedule Intelligence value reporting in Reports.
Review the schedule and compare options
- Open Schedule for daily or weekly work visibility. Review assigned and unassigned jobs before changing an appointment.
- When adding or editing company work, enter the job location, appointment window, and assignment context. Review the Schedule Intelligence options offered in that workflow.
- Compare the field-member fit, nearby work, travel impact, and conflicts shown with a suggestion. Keep the customer’s agreed service window in view.
- Choose the scheduling option you want and complete the workflow’s save or apply action. A suggestion alone does not move the appointment or assign the job.
Allowances and reporting
Starter provides fair-use access. Pro and Pro Plus include monthly allowances, and Custom uses its arranged volume. Review your account’s remaining allowance before running more analyses. Previewing an option is not the same as applying a schedule change; Day Planner explains its own check usage and review process.
Reports includes Schedule Intelligence value reporting on Pro Plus and Custom. It summarizes recorded analyses and applied recommendations; it is separate from using suggestions within your plan allowance. Use it to review how your team uses recommendations, not as a promise that every suggestion saves time.

- Pro Plus: higher monthly allowance plus value reporting.
- Custom: custom Schedule Intelligence volume.
Review a selected day with the Day Planner
When you want to review assignments across a selected day, open the Schedule Intelligence Day Planner from the Schedule page or the Operations navigation.
Choose the jobs you want to analyze, review the number of Schedule Intelligence checks the run will use, and start the analysis when you are ready. The Day Planner keeps appointment windows unchanged and returns technician-assignment suggestions for your dispatcher to review.
