Overview and plans

Field Console Pro is trade-agnostic operations software, available nationwide for service businesses, for jobs your business books directly. It is separate from Zwivio Dispatch Network, an optional routed-job channel in supported markets and trades—not nationwide. You can send invoices and accept secure online payments when payments are enabled for your business.

  • Field Console Pro plans differ mainly by billing model, team size, Schedule Intelligence volume, and support.
  • Starter is the pay-as-you-go option. It includes core Field Console Pro operating tools, except recurring schedules.
  • Pro is a monthly plan for small teams and includes recurring schedules.
  • Pro Plus adds more team capacity, a higher Schedule Intelligence allowance, and Schedule Intelligence value reporting.
  • Custom supports tailored team size, Schedule Intelligence volume, onboarding, and support.

Get your business ready

  • Register your service business and choose the products you want to use. Complete Business Profile and keep the business and contact details current.
  • Review CRM Status for business review and setup progress. Business review, CRM activation, and Dispatch Network participation are separate steps.
  • The owner reviews subscription options in the business subscription area, adds the required payment method, and activates available CRM access. Adding a card alone does not activate a plan.
  • Follow the onboarding guide for the setup sequence, then add your team, customers, service locations, and first company job.

Field Console Pro is a standalone CRM and operations platform for service businesses. Dispatch Network participants use included Dispatch-specific workspace tools without purchasing paid CRM access. A CRM subscription supports work your business books directly; it does not enroll the business in the Network.

Choose a billing model

Starter uses eligible work activity rather than a monthly subscription charge. Pro and Pro Plus are monthly plans with different team capacities and Schedule Intelligence allowances. Custom is arranged with the business rather than activated through ordinary self-service checkout. Use the pricing page for current amounts and commercial details.

Understand Starter work items

On Starter, first sending a Quote or directly creating a company job can create a billable work item. Your first eligible work item is included at no charge. Resending that Quote and converting it to a job do not create another charge for the same quote path. Sending an Invoice or collecting a payment is not a separate billable work item.

Zwivio Dispatch Network assignment fees are separate from CRM usage and subscription charges. A Network-assigned job is not a directly created company job for Starter billing.

Trials and team capacity

Eligible Pro and Pro Plus activations can include a trial. Starter does not include a trial; Custom arrangements are handled separately. Review the eligibility and trial details shown in your account before activating. The owner manages subscription changes.

Manager capacity, field-work capacity, and overall user capacity are separate measures. One person with both access types uses a place in each applicable category but counts once toward overall users. Review Business → Team and the Team access guide before enabling access for more people.

Set up the work you want to manage

  • Use Business → Team for office and field access, Customers for contact and equipment context, and Schedule for upcoming work.
  • Complete Payment settings before offering online collection, and set up Customer Portal in Business Profile before inviting customers.
  • Prepare your Price Book and Quote templates, send your first Quote, and create Invoices from completed jobs when ready.

Field Console Pro is the product name across the workspace and public guides. CRM access and included Dispatch-specific tools have separate commercial rules.

Operating feature set and plans

Every plan includes the core tools for managing customers, jobs, schedules, quotes, invoices, secure online payments, job documents, service photos, Deposit Requests, service records, and follow-ups. Documents, Deposit Requests, and partial invoice payments do not add a separate feature charge. Plans differ mainly by billing model, team size, Schedule Intelligence volume, support, and access to selected advanced capabilities. Starter is pay as you go and does not include recurring schedules. Monthly plans include recurring schedules. Pro Plus and Custom also include Schedule Intelligence value reporting.
