Reports and Operational Insights

Review operational activity and financial records together, then open the work that needs attention. Reports help your office understand completed jobs, collected payments, outstanding balances, Quotes, and follow-ups.

  • Office users with manager access can open Reports. Financial figures cover Field Console Pro commercial records, not Dispatch Network assignment-fee billing.
  • Choose a date range and work source, and read the scope shown beside each report.
  • Invoice totals and money collected answer different questions; review balances and payment history before deciding what to collect.

Find and filter Reports

Open Reports from the workspace. Choose a preset date range or Custom with start and end dates. Use All work, Zwivio jobs, or Company jobs for work-source context, then Refresh to reload. Scroll through the report sections; these are related summaries rather than a separate custom report builder.

Review jobs and team activity

Job metrics show created, completed, cancelled, and active/upcoming work, plus completion rate. The team performance section helps compare recorded activity by field team member. Use these figures to review completed visits and follow up on work needing attention; they are not a guarantee of staff availability.

Follow-up summary shows due, upcoming, contacted, converted, and dismissed work. Quote summary covers Quotes sent in the selected period and their approval, decline, expiry, and conversion outcomes. Quotes and follow-ups have their own scope; the work-source filter does not turn them into Network routing reports.

Read financial information

Invoice summary separates drafts, sent/viewed outstanding Invoices, paid Invoices, and void Invoices. Revenue by trade uses recorded invoice payments by payment date. An Invoice being created or sent is not proof that money was collected; deposit application is also different from collecting a new invoice payment.

Invoice aging groups current outstanding balances by age and links to the Invoices needing attention. Aging is a current view and is not limited by the report date range above it. Read its displayed date and time-zone context when comparing it with a period report.

Review Schedule Intelligence use

Pro Plus and Custom include Schedule Intelligence value reporting in Reports. Review recorded analyses, recommendation applications, and follow-through metrics alongside the scheduling guides. Other plans can use suggestions within their allowance without receiving this detailed value-reporting capability.

Questions you can answer

  • How many jobs did we complete? Select the relevant date range and work source, then review completed-job and team activity figures.
  • Which Invoices need attention? Review outstanding totals and current aging, then open the related Invoice before contacting the customer.
  • How much invoice cash was collected in the period? Review payment-date revenue rather than adding up sent Invoice totals.
  • Which follow-ups should the office review? Compare due and upcoming counts, then open Follow-ups to handle the individual tasks.

Reports support operational review. Use the underlying record for its current balance or action, and your accounting system for your broader accounting responsibilities.

Where to find it: Open Reports with manager access. Schedule Intelligence value reporting is included on Pro Plus and Custom.
