Can I use Field Console Pro without a monthly subscription?+
Yes. Starter gives you core tools on a pay-as-you-go basis, with your first billable work item included. A payment method and eligible activation are required.
What counts as a billable work item on Starter?+
A billable work item is generally created when you first send a quote or create a company-booked job directly. Sending the same quote again doesn’t create another charge, and converting a quote into a job doesn’t create a second charge for that work.
What happens after my trial?+
Eligible Pro and Pro Plus plans include a 14-day trial. A payment method is required, and your monthly subscription continues into paid billing unless cancelled. Registration and plan activation are separate steps.
What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?+
Starter uses work-item billing and includes core CRM and commercial tools. Pro offers predictable monthly billing, recurring schedules, more team capacity and 40 Schedule Intelligence checks per month. Starter includes fair-use Schedule Intelligence access.
Can I accept online payments?+
Yes. Online invoice and deposit collection are supported after the required Stripe Connect payment setup. You can also record authorized offline payments. Payment processing charges are separate; applying an eligible collected deposit to an invoice does not collect it again.
Do I need Zwivio Dispatch Network?+
No. Field Console Pro works independently. Zwivio Dispatch Network participation is optional and separately approved; a CRM subscription does not enroll your business in the network.
Can I manage multiple businesses?+
Yes. Use one account to switch between businesses you’re authorized to access. Each business maintains its own plan, permissions and access requirements.
Are Customer Text Updates included?+
Customer Text Updates are a separate add-on for eligible paid-active Pro and Pro Plus businesses. Availability, payment requirements, setup and approval apply. They are not included automatically or activated during a trial.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Business owners can cancel eligible monthly subscriptions at the end of the billing period. Starter has a separate deactivation option. Deactivation does not erase charges for billable work already recorded.
