Make your account yours.

Open the password-setup link in your invitation email, or the optional invitation text. Set your password, then sign in to Field Console Pro using your owner account email.

Keep the invitation private. If you already have a password, use Sign in; password recovery is available there when you need it.

Business profile

Introduce your business.

Complete Business Profile with your business details and contact information. Review the information you supplied during registration and keep it up to date.

You can continue setting up your profile while your Field Console Pro review is in progress.

Field Console Pro review

Check your access review.

Field Console Pro access is reviewed separately from any Zwivio Dispatch Network application. Registration records your interests; it does not approve either product or activate a CRM subscription.

Use CRM Status to see your current review and access state, along with the next available setup actions. Plan activation requires an approved Field Console Pro review.

Plan selection & activation

Choose the right starting point.

Review Starter, Pro, and Pro Plus in your subscription settings. Custom requires an arranged setup; it is not a self-service activation.

The business owner manages activation. Self-service Starter activation and paid-plan trials require an approved review and a payment method on file. Availability and trial eligibility are shown in your account; adding a card alone does not activate a plan.

Check the current prices, limits, and included capabilities before activating. Features and team access remain subject to your plan and each person’s permissions.

Workspace setup

Bring your workspace together.

With the applicable access active, add customers and your team, create company jobs, and organize appointments. Set up Price Book items and quote templates where included.

Start with the information you need for your next job. Additional capabilities, including online payments, have their own setup requirements.

Day-to-day operations

Keep the work connected.

Use your workspace to coordinate jobs and appointments, prepare quotes and invoices, record service work, and follow up with customers. Recurring work and other capabilities depend on your plan.

Field Console Pro supports the work your service business books directly. Approved Dispatch participants can also manage officially assigned Zwivio jobs, with the Network’s separate operational rules.
