An illustrative comparison, not a live recommendation. Your dispatcher reviews the available context.
MORE CONTEXT. A MORE INFORMED CHOICE.
When adding or editing company work, review eligible team members against the proposed appointment and their existing scheduled stops. Nearby company and assigned Network work can provide context.

Review nearby scheduled work and estimated extra driving between stops. A technician who is close to one job may still be a less suitable fit for the proposed appointment.
Review the recommendation and any warnings before choosing an assignment. Suggested openings use default business-hour windows; you can enter custom times with conflict warnings.
SCHEDULE INTELLIGENCE DAY PLANNER
Select a day and the eligible scheduled jobs you want to analyze. Review technician-assignment suggestions, their reasoning and estimated driving impact—with customer appointment windows kept unchanged.
Review first. Apply supported assignment changes only when you choose.
See eligible jobs for the selected day and the number of Schedule Intelligence checks required before starting.
Compare assignment fit, overlap warnings and estimated extra driving. Some jobs may stay unchanged or need manual review.
Approve individual changes or supported linked groups. Current permissions and job-source requirements are checked when applying.
LESS GUESSWORK ABOUT THE DRIVE
Travel estimates use road directions where available. When directions aren’t available or the request budget is reached, analysis can use straight-line distance and approximate driving time.
The analysis compares scheduled job locations. It does not track technicians’ current positions or use their home/base locations. Previous and next scheduled stops can inform route fit; this is not live navigation or a guaranteed optimal route.
No guaranteed mileage savings. No automatic route optimization. Day Planner does not move appointment windows or change assignments without your approval.
CONTROL STAYS WITH YOUR BUSINESS
Owners and dispatchers with eligible Field Console Pro and manager access can review scheduling recommendations. Accurate service locations and recorded appointments make the context more useful.
Single-job analysis supports company-created work. Day Planner can analyze eligible company and assigned Network jobs; Network reassignment still follows its own assignment and operational requirements. CRM access does not enroll a business in the Dispatch Network.
Starter includes fair-use access. Pro and Pro Plus have monthly allowances; Custom has custom volume. Day Planner previews the checks required for the selected jobs before you run it.
Value reporting is available on eligible Pro Plus and Custom plans. Current plan settings and team permissions apply.
