FROM JOB TO INVOICE

Create the invoice.
Keep everything connected.

Create an invoice for a completed managed job, connected to the right customer. When there’s a related source quote, its line items can provide a starting point.

01 / PREPARE

Make the details clear

Review labor, material and custom line items, quantities, prices and document-level tax. Refine an eligible invoice before collection; financial edits are restricted once invoice payments are recorded.

02 / SHARE

Send a secure invoice link

Share the invoice by email so the customer can review it. Follow draft, sent, viewed, paid and void statuses without losing the connection to the work.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

See the remaining balance

Review payment history and outstanding amounts. Invoice aging follows the remaining balance, so a partial collection doesn’t leave the full invoice showing as due.

A CLEAR WAY TO COLLECT

Different ways to pay.
One connected record.

Online payment and office-recorded collection meet in the invoice’s payment history.

Online, when enabled

With Stripe Connect set up for your business, eligible customers can pay the current remaining invoice balance through secure Stripe Checkout. Payment methods depend on provider availability and business setup.

Online Checkout collects the remaining balance—not a customer-entered partial amount. Successful online payments generate email receipts.

Collected elsewhere? Record it.

Authorized office users can record cash, check, bank transfer or other supported external payments. Record partial or full amounts and keep the remaining balance visible.

Multiple payments are supported. A partial payment changes the financial balance; it isn’t a separate invoice lifecycle status.

BEFORE THE WORK. THROUGH THE FINAL BALANCE.

Collect deposits before the work.
Keep them connected to the final invoice.

Use a fixed-amount Deposit Request on an eligible managed job before final invoicing. Collect online when enabled, or have authorized office users record collection.

On final-invoice creation, eligible collected deposits for that job are applied to the invoice. See the invoice total, deposit applied, invoice payments and remaining balance separately.

One open Deposit Request per job. Once a final invoice is created, new deposit collection is closed. Any previously collected eligible deposits are reflected in the invoice balance. Deposit application is not a new cash collection.

KEEP THE FINANCIAL CONTEXT

Every payment has a record.
Every balance has a story.

Find invoices with their customer and job. Review payment records, outstanding balances and operational reports without treating Field Console Pro as a full accounting platform.

Eligible Field Console Pro access and team permissions apply. Authorized office roles manage invoices, deposits and recorded payments. Online collection also requires payment-provider setup.

Company work and officially assigned Zwivio Dispatch Network jobs retain their own permissions. Dispatch participation is separately approved and does not include paid CRM access.

FROM COMPLETED WORK TO THE NEXT STEP
