OPERATIONS OVERVIEW

Start with what
needs attention.

Give eligible business users a useful starting point without opening every record. Review the next action alongside active work, upcoming appointments and recently added jobs.

The overview helps your team decide what to do. It does not send invoices, convert quotes or collect money for you.

01

Prepare the next step

Find draft invoices and approved quotes awaiting review.

02

Review completed work

See jobs needing an invoicing decision. Not every completed job requires an invoice.

03

Keep follow-through visible

Review collectible deposit requests and due follow-ups alongside the day’s work.

THE FINANCIAL CONTEXT

Know what’s billed,
collected, and still due.

Invoice amounts show the value billed. Collected cash reflects recorded invoice and Deposit Request payments by payment date. Outstanding invoices show what remains after invoice payments and active deposit applications.

Collectible Deposit Requests remain separate from outstanding invoices. Invoice aging shows time outstanding from send or issue dates—not lateness against contractual payment terms.

Recorded collections are not profit, bank reconciliation or the face value of invoices marked paid during the period.

JOB & TEAM REPORTING

Understand the work
across your business.

Review jobs created, completed and cancelled, along with current active and upcoming work. Completion reporting adds context to outcomes; it is not a promise that every new job finishes within the selected period.

See collections in service context

Review collected invoice payments by trade or service category. Deposit Request cash is not included in this breakdown.

Understand team activity

Compare completed, active and cancelled work alongside invoice collections attributed to jobs assigned to team members.

Assigned collections are not technician earnings, profit, commission or payroll. Attribution follows the related job’s assignment and is not a fixed historical productivity record.

PROPOSALS & FOLLOW-THROUGH

See what happens after
the first conversation.

Review the response to your proposals

See outcomes for quotes sent in the selected period: approval, decline, expiry and conversion activity, alongside quoted and approved values. Your team chooses whether to convert approved work.

Keep the next conversation on the radar

Review due follow-ups and recorded outcomes, including contacted, converted and dismissed tasks. These are business follow-through tools, not automated campaigns or guaranteed customer conversions.

Quote and follow-up rates describe different outcomes; they do not share one universal conversion measure.

SCHEDULE INTELLIGENCE VALUE

See how scheduling
recommendations are being used.

Review adoption, saved or applied recommendations and Day Planner activity. Estimated driving savings help put supported scheduling decisions in context.

Driving savings are modelled estimates, not GPS-measured results, verified labor-hour reductions or guaranteed travel savings.

Detailed Schedule Intelligence value reporting is available on Pro Plus and Custom. Schedule Intelligence usage has separate plan allowances.

THE VIEW YOU NEED

Choose a period.
Keep the context.

Supported Reports views offer Last 30 days, This month, Last month and Custom date range. Compare All work, Company jobs or Zwivio Dispatch Network jobs where the job-source filter applies.

Different sections use different date and attribution rules. Invoice aging is a current snapshot; Schedule Intelligence has separate reporting controls. Quotes and follow-ups remain business-wide rather than following the job-source filter.

Operational attention items can lead back to related work, so your team can investigate and choose the next action.
