Send a secure quote link so the customer can review the proposed work and approve or decline an eligible quote. Selected customer-visible quote documents can accompany the proposal.
Approval confirms the quoted work. It does not sign an Agreement, create a job automatically or generate an invoice.
Your team chooses what comes next.
Authorized office users can convert an approved quote to a company job, or to a recurring schedule on eligible monthly plans. An invoice for completed work can use the related source quote’s line items as a starting point.
Prepare the Agreement outside Field Console Pro, upload the PDF and confirm the intended signer. Share it through its own secure Agreement link, independently of quote approval.
Where enabled, customers can review and electronically sign. Keep the execution record with the Agreement, and retrieve the Completed Agreement and certificate once those documents are prepared.
Keep Agreements connected to the right customer and related job or quote.
Manage drafts, resend an issued Agreement or withdraw it before execution when appropriate.
Keep signing and document access subject to the Agreement’s own permissions.
Electronic signing is subject to availability and enablement. Agreements use uploaded PDFs; quote templates do not generate Agreement terms.
