THE CUSTOMER’S SIDE

The right information.
At the next useful moment.

Some updates follow eligible service events. Others start with your team choosing to send. Each communication has its own purpose and delivery requirements.

Customer appointment guide
01 / THE VISIT

Help customers know what’s next

Share appointment information by email and send eligible appointment reminders. Optional Customer Text Updates support selected service-status updates when configured and permitted.

02 / THE COMMERCIAL WORK

Send the document the work needs

Your team can email quotes, PDF Agreements, Deposit Requests and invoices through their supported send workflows. Successful online invoice and deposit payments have separate email receipts.

Agreement signing is available where enabled. Additional Agreement execution emails have separate availability requirements; an internal execution alert does not mean a customer email was sent.

03 / THE RELATIONSHIP

Give customers a way to return

Invite approved customers to your branded Customer Portal and support returning sign-in emails. Authorized office users can explicitly request a service-summary email after eligible completed work, send a follow-up email, or request a Google review when the business is configured for it.

THE BUSINESS’S SIDE

Notice the activity.
Return to the work.

Stay informed without searching through your records. Field Console Pro brings important business activity into your workspace, from customer responses and executed Agreements to payments and schedule changes. Unread indicators help eligible users notice activity and open the associated record from a notification. Visibility follows your business permissions.

The day’s work

Job assignments, reassignments, scheduling changes and cancellations keep operational changes in view.

The customer’s response

See quote views, acceptance or decline, and supported document-view activity. Agreement execution and Completed Agreement availability have their own alerts.

The financial picture

Stay aware of deposit collection, partial invoice payments and paid invoices without confusing an internal alert with a customer payment receipt.

Review business alerts in your workspace and follow through on the related work. Customer emails and optional texts are separate communication workflows.

MAKE ROOM TO FOLLOW THROUGH

A reminder for the visit.
A task for what comes after.

Keep customer follow-up tasks connected to the relationship. Due and overdue alerts help your team notice what needs attention; supported customer follow-up emails are sent deliberately by authorized business users.

Eligible scheduled company appointments can receive reminders through the supported email and optional SMS workflows. Settings, timing, customer contact details and consent determine what can be sent.

Follow-ups support your team’s next action. They are not automatic overdue-invoice collection or unsigned-Agreement chasing.

Follow-ups & alerts guide

PURPOSEFUL COMMUNICATION

Your business settings.
Your customers’ choices.

Company-level automatic communication settings and customer-specific preferences help govern eligible automatic updates. Explicit document sends follow their own rules.

Keep automatic and deliberate sends distinct

An automatic-update preference is not a blanket switch for every business-initiated document email.

Text only when the requirements are met

Customer Text Updates are optional and subject to eligible access, add-on setup, provisioning, approval and consent. Opt-out and STOP handling remain part of delivery rules. Not every email workflow supports SMS.

Show internal activity to the right people

Business alerts follow role and record-access permissions. Communication settings do not grant access to private customer or business information.

Choose the records and communications the work needs. This is an illustrative connection—not a required sequence. Quotes and Agreements are separate workflows, and moving between records does not automatically send messages or create the next document.

KEEP THE NEXT STEP IN VIEW

A better-informed customer.
A more connected team.

Bring customer updates, business awareness and follow-through into the workspace where you manage the work.
