FIELD CONSOLE PRO / APPLIANCE REPAIR CRM & SERVICE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Return with context.
Keep the repair record close.

Connect equipment information and previous service with the next scheduled repair, whether your business services household appliances or commercial equipment.

A USEFUL RETURN VISIT

The work changes.
The context stays close.

  • Model and serial information are hard to find on a return visit.
  • A repair quote needs a clear customer decision before the next step.
  • Office staff need to connect repeat appointments with earlier service documentation.

Team permissions and plan capacity apply. Recurring schedules require eligible monthly-plan access; online payments require payment setup. Scheduling, customer decisions and invoicing remain separate business actions.

AN EXAMPLE, NOT A REQUIRED SEQUENCE

Appliance Repair work.
From context to completion.

Choose the steps the work needs. Keep the customer and the record connected.

  1. Find the customer, service location and equipment information.

  2. Review the earlier repair and prepare a quote when needed.

  3. Schedule and assign the next visit, then document the work.

  4. Prepare the invoice and keep a follow-up for any further conversation.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Questions about appliance repair work

Can I store appliance model and serial information?
Equipment records support model, serial and related equipment details at service locations, subject to authorized business access.
Does Field Console Pro manage parts inventory?
No. Price Book items and service documentation help describe and price work; they are not a parts inventory or procurement system.
Can customers see internal diagnostic notes?
The Customer Portal uses a customer-safe projection and completed customer-facing summary. Internal diagnostic and service notes are not included in that summary automatically.
