FIELD CONSOLE PRO / HVAC CRM & SERVICE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Know the equipment.
Keep the next visit connected.

From residential tune-ups to commercial equipment maintenance, give your office and HVAC technicians one place for customer context, scheduled work and service documentation.

EQUIPMENT CONTEXT

The work changes.
The context stays close.

  • Seasonal maintenance creates a busy calendar before the first visit begins.
  • Equipment details and previous repairs are difficult to find when a technician returns.
  • Replacement quotes and completed service records need to stay connected to the customer.

Make room for
the work you do.

Explore customer management

03

Document the visit

Keep internal service documentation separate from the customer-facing summary, then prepare an invoice after the work is completed.

Team permissions and plan capacity apply. Recurring schedules require eligible monthly-plan access; online payments require payment setup. Scheduling, customer decisions and invoicing remain separate business actions.

AN EXAMPLE, NOT A REQUIRED SEQUENCE

HVAC work.
From context to completion.

Choose the steps the work needs. Keep the customer and the record connected.

  1. Review the customer’s location and equipment records.

  2. Schedule a maintenance visit and assign an authorized HVAC technician.

  3. Record the work and save a customer-facing service summary.

  4. Prepare the completed job’s invoice and review its remaining balance.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Questions about HVAC work

Can I keep equipment records for different sites?
Yes. Customer records can have multiple service locations and equipment information. Keep each visit associated with the appropriate location and equipment.
Can I schedule recurring HVAC maintenance?
Recurring schedules are available on eligible monthly plans. They create scheduled visits; they do not automatically invoice customers.
Can customers review their completed service?
Authorized customers can revisit eligible appointments and completed customer-facing summaries through your branded Customer Portal. Internal service documentation stays separate.
